Monday, February 21 at 6:30 P.M. in the Owen County Public Library 10 South Montgomery Street, Spencer. Vicki Basman, chief of interpretation of the DNR Division of State Parks and Reservoirs, will be the guest speaker. Vicki will give a presentation and slide show about the Civilian Conservation Corps' contributions to Indiana's state park system during the 1930's. The program is free and open to the public.
